Most homeowners who filed claims related to their Renovate/HERO PACE lien have Class “4A Homeowner Claims” and will receive a maximum distribution of $210. This group is listed in Exhibit 2.
Homeowners with a Renovate/HERO PACE lien who opted-out of the convenience-class described above (which provided for automatic claim approval) and went through the claims-resolution process may have a Class “5A RAI Homeowner Opt-Outs” claim for a distribution of a different amount. This group is listed in Exhibit 3.
Payments will be made by check and mailed to the address on the claimant’s proof of claim by the end of June. The Bankruptcy court ordered distributions to other creditors, but virtually all claims related to Renovate/HERO PACE liens are in the classes described above.
If you are not on either of those lists, you should not expect any payment.
